Tiny Imperial Shih Tzu

A true blue Shih Tzu will have a steel blue nose, pads on the feet, and rims of the eyes.  The eyes are blue.  The actual coloring of the coat doesn't determine the blue color. 

There are many breeders claiming to have blue Shih Tzu's.  I find the colors they are saying are blues are no more than variations of the standard colors that most breeders have been seeing for years.   If the nose appears to be black or brown, than this is not a blue Shih Tzu.
